Bishop Arnie Ramirez, Sr. and First Lady Maria Ramirez are the Senior Pastors and Founders of Out of Exile Ministries International, West Chicago, Illinois. Founded in September, 2002 to meet the physical and spiritual needs of the community.
Bishop Arnie’s personal testimony of coming out of drug and alcohol addiction through the powerful grace of God, is why Bishop is so militant when ministering the Word of the Lord. Bishop and First Lady's desire to see all who are in bondage, set free (Luke 4:18), for miracles, signs and wonders to be manifested and follow all who believe (Hebrews 2:4 & Habakkuk 1:5), and to see the body of Christ walk in their authority, given to them in the name of Jesus, by standing as the Royal Priesthood and walking in the freedom, which comes, from being heirs of His Kingdom.
Bishop encounter God in May of 1993, and has continually served the Lord in service as an: usher, armor bear, sound technician, elder of hospitality ministry and is now, through his obedience, operating in his calling as Overseer and Presiding Bishop of Out of Exile Ministries International.
Bishop and the congregation of Out of Exile Ministries International have experienced the manifested presence of the Lord with many healed and delivered.
Bishop and First Lady were ordained under the ministry of Bishop Linda C. Sherrill of International Deliverance Outreach Ministries, Chicago, Illinois. They were also ordained by Bishop John Wayabire of Revival and Salvation Church of God Ministries, Uganda, East Africa. Our Chief Apostle is Dr. Richard D. Henton of Monument of Faith World Ministries, Chicago, Illinois.
Out of Exile Ministries is a fellowship church of International Deliverance Outreach Ministries Global Association of Churches.
